Our guarantee

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return or refund.

How to start a return

Email us at orders@orvexax.store with your order number and a quick note on what went wrong. We reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the return address.

Condition

Unused items in their original packaging qualify for a full refund. Because many of our products are consumables like liquids, gels, and pastes, opened or partly used consumables are handled case by case for a partial refund or store credit. We are reasonable, just reach out.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. We email you when it is on the way.

Not returnable

• Used-up consumables returned well past a reasonable trial window
• Final-sale or clearance items marked as such
• Gift cards

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email a photo to orders@orvexax.store within 30 days and we will send a replacement or a full refund, no return needed.
