Shipping policy
Free worldwide shipping on orders $30+. Tracked, insured, and delivered to your door.
Processing time
Orders are reviewed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). You'll receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships.
Delivery times
- United States — 7–12 business days after dispatch
- Canada, UK, Europe, Australia — 10–18 business days after dispatch
- Rest of world — 12–22 business days after dispatch
Delivery windows are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, customs, and weather. Tracking updates can lag 3–5 days during transit.

- Orders $30 and above — free standard shipping worldwide
- Orders under $30 — calculated at checkout based on destination and weight
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can also track at orvexax.store/pages/track-your-order. If tracking hasn't updated for more than 7 business days, email orders@orvexax.store and we'll investigate.
Customs, duties & taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
Wrong address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships. Once shipped, we can't reroute the package — it will return to us and you'll need to cover re-shipping.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Look for a notice from the carrier (it may be at a pickup location).
- Wait 48 hours — packages marked "delivered" sometimes arrive a day or two later.
- If still missing, contact us at orders@orvexax.store within 14 days and we'll open a claim with the carrier.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed at customs, we'll contact you. You can choose to have it re-shipped (re-shipping fees apply) or refunded (less original shipping cost).
