Common Questions
I don't have my tracking number
Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email titled "Your order is on the way" from orders@orvexax.store. The tracking number is inside. Still can't find it? Email us with your order number.
My tracking says delivered but I don't have it
First, check with neighbors and look around the delivery area. Some carriers mark packages delivered up to 24 hours before actual delivery. If still missing after 48 hours, email us at orders@orvexax.store and we'll help resolve it.
My order shipped in multiple packages
Multi-item orders often ship from different fulfillment centers. You'll get a separate tracking number for each shipment — they may arrive on different days.
My order seems stuck in transit
International orders sometimes pause for customs (a few days). Domestic orders can pause during peak shopping periods. If tracking hasn't updated in 10+ business days, email us and we'll investigate.
