How you pay at OrvexaX, and how we keep your checkout safe every step of the way.

Payment Methods
Accepted payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You can also check out quickly with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Choose whichever option is most convenient for you at checkout.
Prices and currency
All prices on OrvexaX are listed and charged in U.S. Dollars (USD). The LumaClear Headlight Restoration Kit is currently $29.99 (regularly $59.99). If you are paying with an international card, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee, which is set by your bank and not by OrvexaX.
Secure Checkout
Powered by Shopify with SSL encryption
Our checkout is powered and secured by Shopify, a trusted global commerce platform. Every page where you enter payment or personal details is protected with SSL encryption, so the information you send travels over a secure, encrypted connection. Look for the padlock icon in your browser address bar to confirm the connection is secure.
PCI compliant processing
Payments are processed through Shopify systems that are PCI DSS compliant, meeting the strict data security standards set by the major card networks. This means your payment data is handled according to industry best practices from the moment you click pay.
We never see or store your full card number
Your full card details are entered directly into the secure payment system and are never stored on our servers. OrvexaX does not see, save, or have access to your complete card number, expiration date, or security code. That sensitive data stays with the certified payment processor.
Fraud and Billing
Fraud screening
To protect both you and our store, every order is automatically screened for signs of fraud using Shopify built-in risk analysis. In rare cases we may contact you to verify details before shipping, or cancel and fully refund an order that cannot be verified. These checks help make sure your card is being used by you.
When you are charged
Your payment method is charged at the time you place your order, which confirms your purchase and lets us begin processing right away. If an order is cancelled before it ships, or cannot be fulfilled, any charge is refunded to your original payment method. Refunds for returns are issued within 5 to 10 business days of the returned item arriving back to us.

If you have a question about a charge, a refund, or anything related to your payment, please email us at orders@orvexax.store with your order number. We reply within 1 business day and are happy to help sort out any billing concern.
