Shipping destinations and cost

We currently accept new shipping orders for the United States only. Standard shipping is free, with no minimum order value.

International checkout is temporarily unavailable while we confirm supplier delivery routes. For questions about an existing international order, email orders@orvexax.store with your order number.

Processing and delivery

Processing and transit times depend on the product, fulfillment partner, and delivery address. We are verifying our delivery estimates and do not currently advertise a fixed delivery window. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before placing your order.

Fulfillment and tracking

Products are shipped through our fulfillment partners and may arrive in separate packages. Tracking details are emailed when available after dispatch. Check your shipping confirmation for the latest tracking information.

Address changes or delayed orders

Please check your address before ordering. If you need to correct it, or need help with a delayed shipment, email orders@orvexax.store with your order number. Address changes depend on whether the shipment has already been processed.
