How long does shipping take?
US orders typically arrive in about 8 to 12 business days. International orders take 10 to 21 business days. During peak seasons delivery may take longer. You'll get a tracking number the moment your order ships.
Where do you ship from?
We work with a network of trusted global suppliers and fulfillment partners. Depending on the product and your location, orders may ship from various fulfillment centers — this is how we keep prices competitive on a wide product range.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order is fulfilled, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 3 to 7 business days for tracking to become active.
Can I order multiple items?
Absolutely. Note that multi-product orders may arrive in separate packages at different times depending on fulfillment locations. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, email us at orders@orvexax.store ASAP with your order number and we'll do our best. Once shipped, we can't change it — but you can return it once it arrives.

What's your return policy?
30-day money-back guarantee on unused items in original packaging. To qualify for a refund the kit should be unused and in original condition. Full details in our Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Email us within 7 days at orders@orvexax.store with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds process within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method. Your bank may take additional time to post it.

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.
Is my payment information safe?
Yes. Checkout is powered by Shopify and uses SSL encryption and industry-standard PCI security. We never store your full payment details. See our Payments & Security page for details.

Are your products high quality?
Yes. We source from vetted suppliers who meet our quality standards, and we only list products we are confident in. Every order is backed by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Are the products the same as shown in photos?
We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings, but the product will match the description. If anything arrives not as described, email us at orders@orvexax.store and we will make it right.
