We stand behind the LumaClear Headlight Restoration Kit. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date. Simply reach out to our team and we will help you make it right.
Eligibility
Items In Original Condition
To qualify for a refund, the item should be unused and in its original condition. Please keep the original packaging where possible. This helps us process your request quickly and fairly. Items that show heavy use beyond a reasonable trial may not be eligible, though we review every request on a case by case basis.
How To Start A Return

To start a return, email us at orders@orvexax.store and include your order number. We reply within 1 business day with simple return instructions and the return address. Please wait for our instructions before sending anything back so we can track your return correctly.
Refund Method And Timing

Once your returned item arrives and is inspected, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is sent. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take a few extra days to post the credit to your account.
Damaged, Defective, Or Wrong Items
Free Replacement Or Refund, No Return Needed
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right at no cost to you. Email orders@orvexax.store within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to return the item. Because we ship from vetted global fulfillment partners, multi item orders may arrive in separate packages, so please allow all packages to arrive before reporting a missing item.

Need to cancel? Email us as soon as possible. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, and we can cancel for a full refund any time before your order ships. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but you are still covered by our 30 day money back guarantee.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check your bank account again, then contact your card issuer, as posting times can vary. If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please email us at orders@orvexax.store and we will look into it right away.

Orders process in 1 to 3 business days, then deliver in 8 to 12 business days within the US and 10 to 21 business days internationally. US shipping is free on orders over 30 dollars, otherwise a flat 4.95 dollar rate applies, and tracking is emailed once your order ships. Original shipping charges, where they apply, are not refundable. Checkout is secured by Shopify with SSL and PCI compliance, and we accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Your full card details are never stored.
