How to start a return
- Email us. Send your order number and reason for return to orders@orvexax.store. We respond within 1–2 business days.
- Ship it back. We'll send return instructions and the address. Customers cover return shipping unless the item is defective or wrong.
- Get refunded. Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund processes within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong item on arrival
Inspect your order on delivery. If it's damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 7 days at orders@orvexax.store with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund — no return required.
Refund timing
Approved refunds process within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your statement.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund after 10 business days, first re-check your bank account, then contact your card issuer. If you've done both and still haven't received it, email orders@orvexax.store.
