Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how, when, and where your LumaClear Headlight Restoration Kit ships.

Order Processing
Processing time
After you place your order, we prepare and pack it within 1 to 3 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a separate email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery Estimates
United States
Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery is 8 to 12 business days. Combined with processing, most US orders arrive within roughly 2 to 3 weeks of being placed.
International
For destinations outside the United States, estimated delivery is 10 to 21 business days after shipping. Transit times can vary by country and by local postal and customs processing.

US shipping costs
Enjoy FREE standard shipping on all US orders over $30. For US orders of $30 or less, a flat rate of $4.95 applies. Since the LumaClear Headlight Restoration Kit is $29.99, adding any extra item, or a second kit, will typically qualify your order for free shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking details
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number and link so you can follow your package every step of the way. Please allow a little time after shipment for the first tracking scan to appear, as carriers can take a day or two to update.
Fulfillment and Split Shipments
Where your order ships from
Orders are fulfilled through our vetted global fulfillment partners. Because of this, if you order more than one item, your products may be shipped from different locations and may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is normal and does not mean anything is missing. Each shipment will have its own tracking where available.
Customs and Duties
International orders
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are set by the destination country and are not included in your order total. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by your local customs authority or carrier. Please check your country rules if you are unsure what to expect.
Possible Delays
Peak periods and customs
During busy periods such as major holidays and sales events, and occasionally due to customs inspections or weather, delivery may take longer than the estimates above. We appreciate your patience and will always help you track down a delayed package.
Lost or Stuck Packages
If your tracking stalls
If your tracking has not updated or your order has not arrived after 10 or more business days past the expected delivery window, please email us at orders@orvexax.store with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and make it right.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
Please double-check at checkout
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you place your order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at orders@orvexax.store and we will update it if the order has not yet shipped. We are not able to reroute a package once it has been handed to the carrier, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect address can be reshipped once any return is received.
Returns and Damaged Items
Our guarantee
We stand behind your purchase with a 30-day money-back guarantee on items in original condition. To start a return, email orders@orvexax.store with your order number. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of your return arriving. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, email us within 7 days with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a refund, with no need to return it.
